After passing the entrance to Machu Picchu you will have a guided tour for around 2 hours. You will feel like in the times of Incas. You will see the most important places in the archeological complex, as well as you will get plenty of information about history and culture of Inca Empire.
After this part you will have enough time to discover Machu Picchu and also additional mountain Huayna Picchu (entrance ticket to Huayna Picchu is not included).
You will come back to Cusco after midnight.
The tour is prepared for groups, without restriction of nationality and age, organized daily and is aimed at people in good physical and mental condition.
The prices of the tour are described in our page and include the tickets for access to Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu (or alternative mountain called montana vieja), accommodation, meals, transportation, bilingual guide. It is important to book the tour in advance to ensure the access to Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu as well as return train ticket.
We have bilingual guides with extensive knowledge of the history and geography of the Peru and the areas where they are working. The lodging or accommodations can be done in private or shared rooms depending on the purchased package. We also have vegetarian meals for travelers who request previously for this option.
To make the final reservation of tour first we have to confirm the availability of the tour for a specific date, we need to receive an advance payment (50%) or full payment according to current prices and also we need to have your full details (no errors) because such information are necessary to book the entrance tickets on your behalf, and the exact beginning date of the tour. It is noteworthy that the train ticket is subject to last minute changes (high season). Therefore we recommend booking the tour in advance to avoid unnecessary risks.
Important note:
Some details of the tour may change depends on the weather conditions, physical condition of the participants and other unpredictable things, like for example strikes.
DISCOUNTS AND REQUIREMENTS
There is a discount of USD $ 20 for college students with the ISIC card. To get the discount we need to receive the scan of ISIC card on email, during booking process and you have to bring the original, valid ISIC card with you for the trip. Without valid ISIC card, which you will have to show in the entrance gate to Machu Picchu, you will not get permission to entrance for this archaeological complex and you will lose the possibility to explore the ruins.
There is also a discount of USD $ 20 for Peruvians and another $ 10 for Peruvian university students. Peruvian citizens have to indicate DNI number in the booking form and have to bring valid DNI for the tour. Peruvian students have to send scan of student card during booking process and bring valid document with them for the tour. In both above mentioned situation, if they do not show the valid DNI and student card in the entrance gate to Machu Picchu, will not get permission to entrance for this archaeological complex and will lose the possibility to explore the ruins.

VACCINATIONS & INSURANCE
We recommend that you consult your doctor in advance of your departure to ensure you have all the recommended vaccinations. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance for any emergency. Before buying the insurance always check the regulations of the insurance company, especially if trekking in the high mountains or other adventures are not excluded.
Upon completion of the booking, we take care of the tickets to Machupicchu, Huaynapicchu (or alternating mountain).
RATES, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
The prices of our tour may vary during low season (December to March) and during high season (April-November) when the rates can increase.

After receiving booking form we will send every person details about payment (Western Union or pay pal request). It is possible to pay for the tour full amount in advance or 50% of the costs.
